TargetTack Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the TargetTack Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms are subject to change at any time at our discretion.

1. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have a valid PayPal or U.S. bank account for commission payouts
  • Maintain a public online presence related to shooting sports, hunting, archery, firearms, or related topics
  • Align with TargetTack’s brand values (patriotic, family-friendly, and respectful content)

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Commissions

  • Affiliates earn 15% commission on each qualifying sale (excluding taxes and shipping).
  • After 10+ sales in a single month, affiliates earn 20% commission on each qualifying sale (excluding taxes and shipping) for all sales after the 10th sale.
  • A qualifying sale occurs when a customer completes a purchase using your unique affiliate link or discount code.
  • Affiliate commissions are tracked through ReferralCandy or a similar platform.
  • Commissions will not be earned on canceled, returned, or fraudulent orders.
  • Commission payments are processed monthly, typically by the 15th of the following month, with a minimum payout threshold of $25.

3. Discount Code

Affiliates will receive a unique code that provides their followers with 10% off their order. This code must be promoted in a respectful and honest manner.

4. Prohibited Conduct

As a TargetTack affiliate, you agree not to:

  • Use your affiliate code for personal purchases
  • Use spam, bots, or unsolicited messages to promote your code or link
  • Misrepresent TargetTack or make false claims about our products
  • Promote TargetTack on websites or platforms that contain hate speech, violence, sexually explicit content, or illegal activity
  • Compete with TargetTack through paid search, ads, or impersonation of the brand
  • Share misleading or inappropriate content in association with your code or link

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

5. Brand Guidelines

Affiliates must present TargetTack in a respectful, family-friendly manner. We reserve the right to request removal or edits to content that misrepresents the brand or misuses our name, logo, or products.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Affiliates may also leave the program at any time by written notice.

Upon termination:

  • You must immediately stop using our branding, logos, links, and discount code.
  • Unpaid commissions for valid sales made before termination will still be paid.

7. Disclosure & Compliance

Affiliates must follow all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines regarding affiliate marketing and disclosure. All content where your link or code appears must clearly state that you may earn a commission from purchases made.

8. Limitation of Liability

TargetTack is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues arising from tracking errors or affiliate platform failures.

9. Modification

We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
