    Tell us how you would use a TargetTack outside the range. Photos/video make your entry stronger, but a good written idea can win on its own. One entry per person per platform.

    We Pick 25 Finalists

    Tactical Belle and TargetTack will work together to choose 25 finalists. Belle will share the finalists on her socials for the next voting stage.

    Top 10 Hacks Win

    Belle's social audience votes to decide the top ten to win a Variety 12-pack of TargetTacks. The top 3, chosen by TargetTack, win big: Mystery Bushcraft Bundles (see below).

What is the TargetTack Survival Hacks Challenge?

It is a giveaway run by TargetTack and Tactical Belle. Entrants comment on Belle's post describing a creative field use for a TargetTack target pin outside of its normal job holding paper targets. Ten entries win TargetTack products, and the top three also win mystery bushcraft bundles from founder Ben Berry's personal gear collection.
What is a TargetTack?

A TargetTack is a push-in target pin made in the USA by TargetTack LLC, a veteran-owned and family-owned company in Brunswick, Maine. It holds paper targets on foam and bag targets without tape, staples, or spray adhesive. It comes in one-inch and three-inch lengths and is reusable.
Are TargetTacks survival gear?

No. TargetTacks are target pins designed for target retention. This challenge is about creative off-label field hacks, and the entries are user-generated ideas, not tested or rated uses. TargetTacks are not survival equipment and should not be relied on in an emergency.
What are some field uses for a target pin?

Common ideas include trail marking, staking down a tarp or netting, running an antenna or wire line, pinning notes or maps at camp, marking a cache, and small gear repairs. These are creative suggestions from users, not manufacturer recommendations.
How do I enter?

Comment on the designated Tactical Belle post on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok with your idea. One entry per person per platform. No purchase necessary.
Do I have to buy anything?

No. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and buying something does not improve your chances.
Who can enter?

Legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
When does it close?

Entries close at midnight EST on Friday, October 2nd, 2026. Winners are announced in October.
How are winners picked?

The TargetTack team selects 25 finalists based on originality, practicality, and clarity. Tactical Belle's audience then votes to determine the top 10 by votes. The top 3 with the most votes win big: Mystery Bushcraft Bundles valued between $201-$244.
Who is Tactical Belle?

Tactical Belle is a creator covering emergency preparedness, outdoor skills, and gear, with an audience across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. She is a TargetTack affiliate partner, and this is a paid collaboration.

Judging: Entries will be reviewed by TargetTack LLC and narrowed to 25 finalists based on originality, practicality, and clarity. The top ten winners will be determined by public vote on Tactical Belle's channels. In the event of a tie, TargetTack LLC will make the final determination. Judging decisions are final.

Prizes: As described above. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,000. Prizes are not transferable and no substitutions will be made except at the sponsor's discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
