CALIFORNIA DISCLOSURES

California Disclosures: Updated as of July 26, 2022

These California Disclosures are specifically intended for California residents who may be customers, or visitors to websites operated by TargetTack LLC. These disclosures supplement our Privacy Policy and any capitalized terms used (but not defined) in these California Disclosures have the meanings in the Privacy Policy. 

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Access and Deletion Requests

California residents have certain additional rights regarding our collection, use, disclosure or sale of your Personal Information:

• You may request a copy of the following: (1) the categories of Personal Information we collected about you in (at least) the last 12 months; (2) the categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling (if applicable) the Personal Information; (4) the categories of third parties with whom we shared Personal Information in (at least) the last 12 months (if applicable), and the categories of Personal Information shared; and (5) the specific pieces of your Personal Information that we have collected, used, disclosed, or sold.
• You may request that we (and our service providers) delete your Personal Information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may retain Personal Information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, to process transactions and facilitate customer requests, and for certain other internal business purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

We will aim to complete your requests as soon as reasonably practicable and consistent with any applicable laws.

If you have an account with us, you may also see certain Personal Information (such as certain profile and transaction information) directly through your account page after logging in to a Site. Please note that changes you make on your account profile page through one of our Sites may not always be reflected on other Sites operated by us.

“Do Not Sell” Requests

 Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents may be entitled to opt-out of such sharing (referred to as a “Do Not Sell” right). Please visit our Do Not Sell page for more information about such sharing and to opt-out of third party targeting cookies and/or data extracts as described therein.

California Privacy Rights - Direct Marketing

You have the right to request information from TargetTack LLC regarding the manner in which TargetTack shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. California Civil Code § 1798.83 provides you with the right to submit a request to TargetTack LLC at its designated address and receive the following information:

1. The categories of personal information TargetTack disclosed to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year;

2. The names and addresses of third parties that received such information; and

3. If the nature of a third party's business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party's name, examples of the products or services marketed.

You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in a standardized format and the information will not be specific to you individually. 

​California Privacy Rights - California Minors

Our websites, our mobile/tablet sites, our social media presence, our applications, and our other digital properties (collectively, our "Sites”) are “general audience” websites and not directed toward children.

Certain areas of our Sites may contain interactive features that allow registered users to post content or information on or to our Sites (the “Interactive Services”). If any of our Interactive Services are either: (1) directed toward California residents under the age of eighteen (18); or (2) if TargetTack has actual knowledge that a registered user of the Interactive Services is a California resident under the age of eighteen (18), TargetTack will permit such registered user to remove (if applicable) or request that TargetTack remove or anonymize such content or information as posted by the registered user, to the extent required by California Business and Professions Code § 22581.
